Hello, I have requested help many times over the years and yet no one has reached out to me. I have come to your office building and filed complaints, along with calling over the past six years. My neighbor’s property is causing problems to my property. The back of the house has no gutters. Which is flooding my garage and my basement. They’re garage roof is falling in. They have a old pool in the back yard that has green water that has turned black over the years from no one using it. Not to mention it’s not covered up. The back yard is overgrown also. In the summer, they have toads living in the back yard. I have begged for someone to please come and help me yet no one has. They don’t take care of their property so a few years back one of their shutters flew off the house and hit my car causing a dent and clipped paint. Their property’s address is 4014 Carrie ave. The last name is Oder. If needed, please come onto my property any time you would like and look at the back yard I have to live next to. I can’t have people over in my back yard due to embarrassment. If you cannot help me, please let me know where I can go to get something done. This is not fair to me nor my family.
