Description
Loose trash, garbage and a matress in the side and back yards. Animals, i.e. rodents, have now ripped open the matress and its white filling is being spread throughout the neighborhood. The matress has been there for months. I believe the house is a rental. Please have the renter/ landlord cleaned up the mess ASAP or issue a citation(s).
