I would like to know what can be done about the garbage/dumpster situation at the back of The Crossing at Cheviot (Dina apartments) The back corner where the dumpsters sit borders our back yard. Garbage regularly blow over and through our fence. I go over and clean it up but it returns within hours to days. I end up with disgusting things in my yard (dirty diapers, used feminine hygiene products, used condoms, empty liquor bottles. It’s also smells like a garbage dump. We have sent messages to the owner but have gotten no response. A few years ago, we began to see rats so I called the health department and it got better for a very short while. Please help. We have been working now for 7 years trying to beautify our property and the property next door which we also own and are very invested in improving Cheviot. This place is an eyesore.
