Description
My neighbor cut up a huge tree and is now trying to burn it. At a minimum it needs to age because the thick smoke and smell is nauseating. I have my windows and doors shut and can still smell it. I wanted to do yard work this afternoon but it’s anwful. Are there rules about this? Seems to be a health hazard. Thank you!
