3941 Darwin. Old appliances, shelving, fuel piled in the driveway since the moved in. Hazard tape strung across yard as well. Now they have a dishwasher sitting in the front yard.
Also issue with the back gutter flowing over to create puddles between our yards & causing my basement to get water.
I hate to be that person who complains but I’m trying to justify staying in this home that I’ve had for 30 years. My Grandparents were the original owners. I’m getting quotes to repair my deck but wonder if I’m better off just moving. The rental properties are out of control & the renters have no respect for their property. I’m also guessing that not every adult in these rentals are paying the city tax. The turnover is constant. Minimum of 6 adults living at 3932. I thought there were limits?
