Hello, I’m not sure who to contact about my neighbors yard. I am so frustrated with the city of cheviot I have tried for years to get some help now the problems have gotten worse over the years. The back of their house does not have gutters which causes my basement to flood my garage to flood. Their garage is falling in. They have a pool in the backyard that they have not used in years water has been sitting in it and causing mosquitoes. There’s bullfrogs in the backyard and rats. I have called I have sent emails I have came to the office made Reports. I actually spoke to someone there and he said he will come out and take a look at it but yet nothing has changed. How unfair is this? I take care of my property and I’m now stuck next to someone who doesn’t care about their property or anyone else’s I would like to hear back from someone.
