Description
Right next to Dollar Tree on the corner of Everett Ave and Harrison Ave there is a car parked in the lot that is blocking the sidewalk. There are also a couple of the parking space cement blocks that have been moved onto the sidewalk. This causes mobility issues for people who need assistance in walking.
